Before coming to Belarus
You have decided on the education you will receive in Belarus and you have a plan. That's great! Now let's explain how the process will proceed in a few steps. Let's go!
1. Pre-registration for the program
If there are any documents required by the institution for the program, we will send them to you and you will need to bring them with you. We will translate your passport in Belarus and submit it to the institution along with the application form issued in your name. The institution will forward your information to the Foreigners' Branch to issue an invitation. Using our references, we will wait for the institution to issue an invitation in your name.
2. Obtaining a student visa
We will submit the invitation we received from the institution, your passport, application form, and health insurance to the Belarus Embassy in your country. Using our references, we will wait for your student visa to be approved. The visa acquisition process may take an average of one week.
3. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
After the visa approval, we will send your passport back to you and arrange the flight tickets and accommodation according to the features of the program you have chosen. Since these organization procedures may vary, we will try to offer the most current, attractive, and advantageous options at that time. And we will ask you to prepare your bag for departure until the flight date to embark on a new world.
4. Travel Day
Your student visa, health insurance, passport translation, flight tickets, and accommodation will be ready. Our team member will be waiting for you at the airport. Make sure you have all your documents with you.
